The use of biological agents for the large-scale production biofuels has stood out as successful processes advancement science in world. growing exploitation biomass agricultural sector and emergence new energy sources generated from food industry waste have become attractive viable due to potential variety possibilities using different biomass. present review was carried through careful bibliographical research literature scientific journals current discussion concepts, methodologies challenges considering second-generation ethanol (2G ethanol). Several 2G been implemented a low-cost alternative that follows principles Green Chemistry.
